Meet Janine
Janine is a passionate and skilled coach, consultant and facilitator who has a reputation for authenticity, integrity, building trust and showing genuine care.
As the former Director, People & Culture for UXC Connect (now DXC Technology) and over 20 years’ experience in HR, Janine developed a solid platform from which to assist her clients because she has been through it all herself.
Firmly focused on outcomes, she starts by connecting and aligning strategy with culture and behaviour to drive sustainable performance. The founder of Be You Consulting since 2011, Janine has helped clients across a variety of industries, many of whom have had multi-year engagements and all of whom were referred or had previously established relationships.
Her client list to date includes Axicom, Beiersdorf, Fortinet, Scentre Group, The Public Service Commission, nbn, Luxottica, Datacom, Logicalis to name a few. Companies have sought out her highly developed skills in the areas of Strategic Planning and Business Alignment, Team Planning, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Culture Development & Bespoke workshops.
Outside of work you can find Janine enjoying life on the beautiful Central Coast with her partner Chayne, her two boys Otis and Taj and not forgetting the family dog Buddy.
